  Employees were good, but the manager couldn't have cared less about customer service. Tried to get two sockets ordered for me which I had been back 4 times trying to get replaced. Associates were helpful and going above AND beyond, even the new guy who had only been there for one month. But when the manager woman got involved everything went downhill. I stood around for an hour while my wife and our 2 year old walked the whole mall without me. Left with my broken sockets. Ordered them when I got home and I will see what happens when I go pick up and try to return them with my broken craftsman sockets in their place.
