  After purchasing my husband's wedding band through Zales, we needed it to be resized. Because I didn't buy the lifetime warranty, the store's only option was to have us buy a whole new ring. We went to Samuels Jewelers and Andre' Pickens in the Longview Texas Mall told us about a resizing warranty that the ring's manufacturer had that Zales should have told us about. Thank you Andre' for being honest and trustworthy. The employee's at the Samuels at the Longview mall are looking out for their customers. We will never shop at Zales again and all of our future jewelry purchases will be through Samuels and other affiliated jewelers. If you need an honest opinion, good laugh, and great deal on jewelry, go see Andre' at the Longview Mall.

  Cheri was very attentive to my wishes on a new wedding ring. Wonderful customer service and her manager Andre went out of his way to help with my sale! Would recommend her for a great experience with jewelry!!

  Samuels Jewelers in the Longview Mall LOST my wedding ring. I took it in to the store and dealt with the store manager Andre, and somehow it was LOST. They never called to tell me, instead they were trying to order a new one and me never know. Not until I contacted corporate did they tell me it was lost!!! Now it being a month of no wedding ring they told me they could just order me a new one and nothing more. UMMM YOU LOST MY WEDDING RING I DONT EVEN GET ANYTHING!!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH ANY OF YOUR JEWELRY NEEDS
