  Communication is horrible! I had LED bulbs installed on both of my vehicles. First vehicle they ordered the wrong parts and didn't inform me. When my appointment arrived they basically brushed it off. Had to make a second appointment and they barely spoke the entire time. Took my second vehicle in and they never called me to tell me the part was in. I went to the store and they told me they were waiting still. 3 days later I call to just cancel the appointment because I was tired of waiting and the parts had been there the entire time since I made the appointment. After researching I found my EXACT product on Amazon for $35 and they charged me $149. Such a rip off. I just wish they would actually communicate with customers and inform them of what actually is going on.
